Auto price updates 24/7
Pilotbot continuously monitors the P2P order book on Binance and Bybit and updates your ad prices in real time. When a competitor moves in front of you, the platform adjusts your price automatically — without any manual input.
The update frequency depends on your plan (up to x3 speed on Max and Boss plans), so higher-tier merchants react faster to market moves.
Top-position maintenance
Your ads are always ranked at the target position in the order book — by default position 1 (the very top). Pilotbot tracks every tick of the market and makes micro-adjustments to your price to keep you there. This directly increases order flow and fill rate without you needing to check in.
AI agent and strategies
An AI agent manages your trading strategies. You describe your goals in plain language and the agent creates and adjusts strategies for you. There is no manual "create strategy" button — all strategies are created exclusively through the AI agent, which ensures consistency and prevents configuration errors.
Six built-in strategy presets cover the most common merchant goals:
- be_leaderAlways stay at position 1 in the order book — most aggressive pricing mode.
- follow_packFollow the cluster of active merchants — balances volume and margin.
- smart_merchantAI-driven adaptive pricing based on current market conditions.
- fortressProtect your margin — move only when necessary, hold position.

- customFully configurable spread strategy defined by you through the AI agent.
Strategy skills: anti_bot (bot competitor detection), humanize (human-like delays), merchants (competitor tracking), anti_overheat (prevent price wars).
Three-corridor price safety
Pilotbot protects your prices with three nested safety corridors to prevent runaway pricing or losses:
- Hard corridor ±19.9% — an absolute maximum deviation from the reference rate that can never be overridden.
- User corridor — your own maximum allowed deviation, set per-ad within the hard corridor.
- Competitor corridor — dynamic boundary based on where active competitors are currently priced.
Every calculated price passes a safety check before being written to the exchange. If the computed price falls outside all three corridors, Pilotbot snaps it to the nearest safe boundary instead of sending a bad price.
Security
Pilotbot requires only API keys scoped to ad management — keys with withdrawal permissions are not accepted. Your funds stay in your exchange account at all times.

- Two-factor authentication: TOTP (authenticator app) and hardware passkey support.
- Anti-phishing code shown on every login page.
- Full audit log of all actions performed on your account.
- Tenant isolation — your data is never accessible to other users.
- Sign in with Google or Telegram in addition to email.
Team access
Invite colleagues to help manage your P2P operation. Pilotbot supports two team roles:
- Trader — can view and manage ads and strategies.
- Auditor — read-only access for compliance and oversight.
The number of team seats depends on your plan: Star gets 1, Pro gets 6, Max gets 12, and Boss gets 24.
Multi-exchange support
Pilotbot currently supports Binance P2P and Bybit P2P with full automation. Support for additional exchanges is in development.
Supported fiat currencies: VND, THB, IDR, PHP, BRL, KZT, RUB, TRY, HKD, LAK, NGN, UZS, MYR, USD, EUR.
AI ad-text generator
Generate professional ad descriptions and terms-of-trade text using the built-in AI assistant. Paste a draft or describe your requirements, and the assistant produces clear, buyer-friendly copy optimised for your target market.
Telegram and email notifications
Receive instant alerts via Telegram when an order arrives, when your ad goes offline, or when a price update is blocked. Email notifications are also supported, so you always know what your ads are doing — even when you are away from the dashboard.
