Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy explains the rules for lawful and permitted use of the Pilotbot Service provided by LLC Gekko Tehnology Thailand.

2. Lawful Use Only

Users may use the Service only in compliance with applicable law, exchange rules, third-party platform rules, and these policies.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

  • use the Service for illegal purposes,
  • engage in fraud, deception, or unlawful financial activity,
  • evade sanctions or regulatory restrictions,
  • violate anti-money laundering or financial crime laws applicable to them,
  • use stolen, false, forged, or unauthorized identities,
  • connect accounts or API credentials they are not authorized to use,
  • impersonate another person or entity,
  • share credentials in a prohibited or unsafe manner,
  • attempt to interfere with, disrupt, overload, or probe the Service,
  • reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or bypass technical protections except where permitted by law,
  • use the Service in ways that may harm the Company, other users, exchanges, or third parties.

4. Exchange Account and API Rules

Users are responsible for ensuring that:

  • they have authority to connect their exchange account,
  • the API credentials provided are lawful and authorized,
  • permissions are limited to those necessary for the Service,
  • no withdrawal permissions are granted to the Service.

5. Restricted and High-Risk Activity

The Service may not be used in connection with:

  • sanctioned persons or jurisdictions where prohibited,
  • unlawful payment routing,
  • unlawful arbitrage operations,
  • illicit financial structuring,
  • use of the Service to conceal unlawful activity,
  • any activity reasonably deemed high-risk to the integrity or legal safety of the platform.

6. Security and Platform Integrity

Users must not:

  • attempt unauthorized access,
  • test vulnerabilities without authorization,
  • distribute malware,
  • interfere with service availability,
  • automate abusive requests,
  • circumvent account restrictions.

7. Content and Communications

Users must not submit, store, or transmit content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or otherwise harmful.

8. Monitoring and Enforcement

The Company may monitor compliance with this Policy using reasonable measures consistent with applicable law and the Privacy Policy.

9. Violations

Violations may result in:

  • warnings,
  • suspension,
  • access restriction,
  • account termination,
  • reporting to relevant authorities where legally required or reasonably necessary,
  • refusal of future access.

10. Relation to Other Policies

This Acceptable Use Policy forms part of the Terms of Service and should be read together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
