The 24-hour refund window begins at the time the initial purchase is successfully completed. Requests submitted after this window has elapsed will not be eligible for a refund under this Policy.

5. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed through the applicable payment provider or original payment method where possible. Refund timing may depend on payment processor procedures and banking systems. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or banks.
