Pilotbot keeps you informed without you having to watch the dashboard. It surfaces the events that matter as notifications, so you know when something changes or needs attention.

What You Get Notified About

  • Price change — when the bot repositions one of your ads.
  • Ad status change — when an ad is listed, hidden, or its state changes.
  • Exchange status — when an account's connection to the exchange goes offline or comes back.
  • Errors — when something needs your attention, like a key that stopped working.
  • System — important platform messages.

Where Notifications Appear

Inside Pilotbot, notifications show up in-app — as a quick toast and in your notification bell — so you can catch up on recent events any time.

Telegram Alerts

Direct Telegram notifications are included from the Star plan and up. With Telegram connected, key alerts reach you on your phone without needing the dashboard open — handy for staying on top of your ads while you're away. Lower plans still get in-app notifications and a support link. See plans and limits for which plans include Telegram alerts.

Staying Ahead of Problems

Notifications are also your early-warning system. An exchange status alert tells you an account went offline before you'd otherwise notice; an error alert points you to something like a key that needs replacing. Acting on these keeps your ads running smoothly.
