How to Pay and Refunds
How billing works in Pilotbot through Whop, what a billing period looks like, and how to ask about a refund.

Pilotbot handles subscriptions through Whop, an established billing platform. You choose a plan, pay through Whop's secure checkout, and your plan's limits unlock right away.
Paying for a Plan
- Pick the plan that fits your needs (see plans and limits).
- Complete checkout through Whop. Your card and payment details are handled by Whop's secure system — Pilotbot never stores your card number.
- Once payment goes through, your plan is active and its limits apply.
Paid plans run in 30-day billing periods. Your subscription continues each period until you change or cancel it.
Managing Your Subscription
Because billing runs through Whop, your subscription — payment method, renewal, and cancellation — is managed through your Whop account. From there you can update your payment method or cancel future renewals.
Refunds
If you think you're owed a refund, it's handled through the billing provider. Reach out to Pilotbot support with your account details and what happened, and we'll help sort it out through Whop. Because payments run through Whop, refunds are processed there rather than directly in the dashboard.
