You can move up or down between plans as your needs change. Upgrading gives you more capacity right away; downgrading is fine too, as long as your usage fits the smaller plan.

Upgrading

Move to a higher plan whenever you need more — more accounts, more active ads, more team seats, more AI agents, or faster price updates. The higher limits apply so you can immediately connect more accounts or turn on more ads. See the full comparison in plans and limits.

A common reason to upgrade is autonomous AI agents: they start on Pro, so if you want the AI to run your strategies for you, upgrade to Pro or higher.

Downgrading — Check Your Usage First

Each plan enforces its limits, so before you drop to a smaller plan, bring your usage within the new plan's limits. For example, if the lower plan allows fewer active ads or accounts than you're currently using, reduce them first so nothing is left in an inconsistent state.

A quick pre-downgrade checklist:

  • Active ads — are you within the lower plan's ad limit?
  • Exchange accounts — do you have no more accounts connected than the lower plan allows?
  • Team members — is your team within the lower plan's seat count?
  • AI agents — if you're dropping below Pro, remember autonomous agents won't be available on the lower plan.

Once your usage fits, the downgrade is straightforward.
