Pilotbot has five plans that scale from a single trader to a large operation. Each plan raises the same core limits — how many accounts and ads you can run, how many team members you can add, how many AI agents you get, and how fast your prices update.

What the Limits Mean

  • Exchange accounts — how many exchange connections you can run at once.
  • Active ads — how many ads the bot can manage simultaneously.
  • Team members — how many people you can add to help run your accounts. See adding a team member.
  • AI agents — how many autonomous pricing agents you can run. Note this is different from AI chat.
  • AI chat vs. AI agents — every paid plan lets you talk to the AI (basic on Light, full from Star up), but running autonomous AI agents that manage strategies for you starts on Pro (2), then Max (5) and Boss (10).
  • Price update speed — how often the bot re-checks the market and repositions your ads. Higher plans react faster.
  • Telegram notifications — direct alerts to Telegram are included from the Star plan up.

Which Plan Fits You

  • Just starting or running one ad or two → Light.
  • A handful of accounts and ads, want fast Telegram alerts → Star.
  • Want the AI to run strategies for you automatically → Pro or higher.
  • Large volume, a team, and the fastest updates → Max or Boss.
